Storm Roll & Coil Repair Ltd. (“Storm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of customers, prospective customers, suppliers, and website visitors. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information through stormcoil.com and in connection with service inquiries submitted through the website.

Information we collect

When you contact us or submit a service request, we may collect information such as your name, company, email address, telephone number, facility or service location, preferred service date, and information relating to the requested work. Service requests may also include coil or tag numbers, dimensions, gauge, weight, work order or purchase order numbers, descriptions, photographs, PDFs, and other files you choose to provide.

Our hosting and form-service providers may also process technical information normally generated when a website or online form is used, such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, and information needed for security, spam prevention, and delivery of the submission.

How we use information

We use information to receive, evaluate, respond to, quote, schedule, perform, document, administer, and follow up on repair or other business requests; communicate with you and your organization; maintain business records; protect our systems and prevent misuse; and meet legal, accounting, insurance, or regulatory obligations.

Submitting a service request permits us to contact you about that request. It does not by itself enroll you in unrelated promotional marketing.

Service providers and disclosure

Files submitted through the website should be limited to information reasonably required to assess or perform the requested work. Please do not upload passwords, payment-card information, government identification, or other highly sensitive personal information unless Storm specifically requests it through an appropriate channel.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including servicing inquiries and jobs, maintaining business and financial records, resolving disputes, and satisfying legal obligations. Retention periods may vary according to the type of record and the nature of the business relationship. The current Storm website does not use advertising pixels or a dedicated web-analytics platform. Basic technical data may still be processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers to deliver and protect the site. If our use of cookies, analytics, or advertising technologies materially changes, we will update this policy and implement additional notices or choices where appropriate.
