The website provides general information about Storm and its industrial repair capabilities. Website content is not a quotation, engineering opinion, warranty, guarantee of repairability, or commitment to perform work. Each coil and job must be assessed based on its actual condition, material, dimensions, handling requirements, location, and other relevant factors.
Service requests and quotations
Submitting a form, sending files, requesting a preferred date, or contacting Storm does not create a service contract, guarantee availability, reserve a service date, or constitute acceptance of a purchase order or work order. Any work is subject to Storm's review and any applicable quotation, authorization, purchase order, work order, credit terms, or other agreement between the parties.
Customer-submitted information
You are responsible for ensuring that information and files you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to provide them. You must not submit unlawful, malicious, infringing, or unnecessarily sensitive material.
